Join the Smoke-Free Beaches project!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Tobacco Control Unit of the Catalan Institute of Oncology (ICO) is opening a new call to recruit one person to join its team <strong>from July 1 to 31, 2026<\/strong>, within the framework of a European project aimed at evaluating smoke-free beach policies in municipalities across the province of Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This opportunity offers the chance to directly contribute to promoting healthier environments and protecting public health through data collection in coastal areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-2-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ac6be2af68da7d3f58ff5e4cf53e0601\">What will the job involve?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The selected candidate will take part in fieldwork with the following main tasks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Observing signs of tobacco use on smoke-free beaches (presence of cigarette butts and people smoking)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducting brief interviews with beach users about smoke-free beach policies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recording the collected information using a mobile application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-2-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6385f33abb81e7ff0cd7f3f13b779aec\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">What is offered?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Summer contract from July 1 to July 31, 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Part-time schedule of 4 hours per day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gross monthly salary of \u20ac1,200<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initial training and all materials needed to carry out the work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate of completion of the work carried out<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-2-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-76b233f8d2172d54c0148540795b6ec2\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">Candidate profile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A minimum qualification of intermediate vocational training (FP) is required.
