No obstant, l\u2019abordatge del tabaquisme als centres de salut mental ha estat habitualment ignorat i d\u2019altra banda, les lleis de prohibici\u00f3 de fumar en llocs de treball, centres sanitaris i altres espais p\u00fablics han estat m\u00e9s permissives amb les unitats d\u2019ingr\u00e9s de psiquiatria permetent fumar als pacients al seu interior.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Objectius <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Avaluar el nivell de fum ambiental del tabac a les unitats de salut mental hospital\u00e0ria de Catalunya segons el tipus de normativa de control del consum de tabac.<\/p>\n<p>Comparar la percepci\u00f3 de nivell d\u2019exposici\u00f3 al fum ambiental del tabac per part de treballadors i pacients amb els resultats obtinguts mitjan\u00e7ant mesures objectives i descriure la prefer\u00e8ncia per les diferents normatives de control del consum de tabac.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Metodologia\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Estudi transversal.\u00a0Es va mesurar el nivell de fum ambiental de tabac a les unitats hospital\u00e0ries de salut mental de Catalunya (n=64) mitjan\u00e7ant les PM2.5 com a marcador objectiu del fum ambiental del tabac (material particulat en suspensi\u00f3 a l\u2019aire menor o igual a 2,5 micr\u00f2metres per metre c\u00fabic).\u00a0 A la vegada, es va passar una enquesta als pacients i professionals d\u2019aquestes 64 unitats (n=600 i n=575, respectivament) sobre l\u2019exposici\u00f3 percebuda al fum del tabac i sobre les prefer\u00e8ncies per diferents tipus de normatives de control del consum de tabac als dispositius de salut mental.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Durada<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n2010-2012.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Finan\u00e7ament<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Aquest projecte ha estat finan\u00e7at per la Red Tem\u00e1tica de Investigaci\u00f3n Corporativa en C\u00e1ncer [RD12\/0036\/0053] del Instituto de Salud Carlos III, Govern d\u2019Espanya; pel Ministerio de Universidades e Investigaci\u00f3n [2009SGR192] i per l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia de Salut P\u00fablica de Catalunya de la Generalitat de Catalunya\u00a0[GFH 20051].<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Equip investigador<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/icoprevencio.cat\/uct\/?member=montse-ballbe\">Montse Ballb\u00e8<\/a> (ICO-IDIBELL)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/icoprevencio.cat\/uct\/?member=xisca-sureda\">Xisca Sureda<\/a> (ICO-IDIBELL)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/icoprevencio.cat\/uct\/?member=jose-maria-martinez\">Jos\u00e9 M.
