{"id":77,"date":"2015-12-10T00:00:58","date_gmt":"2015-12-10T00:00:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.themefocus.co\/roen\/demo\/?post_type=portfolio&#038;p=77"},"modified":"2024-06-05T09:44:17","modified_gmt":"2024-06-05T08:44:17","slug":"avaluacio-de-la-llei-282005-en-lhosteleria","status":"publish","type":"portfolio","link":"https:\/\/icoprevencio.cat\/uct\/portfolio\/avaluacio-de-la-llei-282005-en-lhosteleria\/","title":{"rendered":"Avaluaci\u00f3 de la Llei 28\/2005 de control del tabac en l&#8217;hostaleria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Avaluaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;impacte de la nova &#8220;Ley Reguladora de la venta, el suministro, el consumo y la publicidad de los productos del tabaco&#8221; en els nivells d&#8217;exposici\u00f3 al fum ambiental del tabac: subprojecte sobre nivells de cotinina en saliva en treballadors de la restauraci\u00f3<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Antecedents<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nIrlanda va ser pionera amb la introducci\u00f3, al mar\u00e7 de 2004, de mesures que restringien el consum de tabac en llocs de treball, incloent restaurants i pubs. Les avaluacions del compliment de la llei al primer any de la seva entrada en vigor van estar positives, amb disminucions significatives de les concentracions de part\u00edcules ultrafines, de CO i de benz\u00e8 en els pubs o millores significatives en la funci\u00f3 pulmonar dels cambrers. A Espanya, el 2006 es va implementar la \u201cllei reguladora de la venda, el subministrament, el consum i la publicitat dels productes del tabac\u201d (Projecte de Llei 121\/000036). Aquesta nova Llei va prohibir fumar en llocs de treball, incloent el sector de la restauraci\u00f3 i hostaleria, tal com ja s\u2019havia dut a terme amb \u00e8xit en altres pa\u00efsos d\u2019Europa.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Objectiu general<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\nDeterminar els nivells d\u2019exposici\u00f3 al fum del tabac mitjan\u00e7ant un q\u00fcestionari i la mesura de la concentraci\u00f3 de cotinina en saliva dels treballadors no fumadors abans i despr\u00e9s de l\u2019entrada en vigor de la llei (a curt, mig i llarg termini).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Metodologia<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nEstudi prospectiu de cohorts. La cohort va ser formada per una mostra de conveni\u00e8ncia de treballadors fumadors i no fumadors de la restauraci\u00f3 en 5 Comunitats Aut\u00f2nomes (n=431 en total). Aquests participants, identificats abans de la llei, van ser contactats\u00a0en 4 moments\u00a0diferents: abans de la llei i als 4 mesos, 16 mesos i 24 mesos despr\u00e9s de l\u2019entrada en vigor de la llei.
