The purpose of these projects is to evaluate the health and economic impact of implementing text messaging (SMS) in population-based screening, colorectal cancer and breast cancer programs. The primary method of contact with the eligible population of the programs is through postal mail. We must take advantage of the digitalization of society and provide tools in the population that ensure the ecological transition to provide more sustainable health services.
