
Yolanda Castellano
Statistician
Degree in Statistical Sciences and Techniques from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) in 2008 and Master’s in Public Health from the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) and the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) in 2010. She has worked as a statistician and epidemiologist in several projects in the field of addictions, most of which have been developed at the Barcelona Public Health Agency from 2005 to 2013.
In 2016 he joined the Tobacco Control Unit (UCT) where he carries out data exploitation of various projects and provides statistical support to the unit. He has experience in the areas of social inequality, health indicators, hospital evaluation and university teaching at undergraduate and master’s levels. His scientific contribution includes around 30 scientific articles and several communications at conferences and seminars.
